# Волатильность

**Волатильность** — это скорость и амплитуда изменения цены актива за период времени.

Высокая волатильность — цена активно двигается. Низкая волатильность — цена меняется медленно.

### Высокая волатильность

**Признаки:**

* Большие свечи на графике
* Широкий диапазон движения
* Быстрая смена направления

**Преимущества:**

* Больше возможностей для заработка
* Быстрая прибыль

**Риски:**

* Выше вероятность убытков
* Стоп-лоссы срабатывают чаще
* Требуется быстрая реакция

### Низкая волатильность

**Признаки:**

* Маленькие свечи
* Узкий диапазон
* Боковое движение

**Преимущества:**

* Меньше стресса
* Предсказуемое движение

**Ограничения:**

* Меньше возможностей для заработка

### Причины изменения

**Новости и события** — перед новостями волатильность падает, после — растёт.

**Время торговли** — в активные часы выше, ночью ниже.

**Настроение рынка** — паника или эйфория повышают волатильность.

#### При высокой волатильности

* Уменьшите размер позиции
* Расширьте стоп-лосс
* Фиксируйте прибыль чаще

#### При низкой волатильности

* Используйте узкие стоп-лоссы
* Ищите пробои диапазонов
* Будьте терпеливы
